"EGAL's Belonging Sparks were a great way for my roommates and I to explore a range of casual and deep discussion questions. Although we know each other quite well, these cards pushed us even further to think about, reflect upon and share our lived experiences."

"We used the Belonging Sparks card during a global DEI experience and our community responded amazingly. The questions helped to cultivate the necessary space for safe dialogue and information sharing, and both are central to any culture valuing a true sense of belonging among their employees."

"Belonging sparks is a great tool to build deeper connections in both personal and professional settings. The questions are often thought provoking and invite the participants to go beyond surface level formalities and embrace vulnerability. "The best thing about the Belonging Sparks card deck is the ability to create a warm and inviting environment instantaneously. Even if I came to class feeling tired or guarded, our Professor using these as a prompt for discussion in the classroom seamlessly shaped the space into one where I felt comfortable sharing, laughing, learning, pondering, and bonding together with my classmates. It led to deeper discussions and more impactful dialogue during the rest of our class time as well."

"Belonging Sparks is a phenomenal tool to build more belonging on your teams. Through the cards' thoughtful questions, employees get to share interesting details about themselves or their lives with each other that would have likely never come up in regular conversation. Highly recommend adding this to your company's toolbox!"
